The right first step is usually not a broad rollout. Start with clarity, test one workflow, then expand when the operating model is working.

Partner operating model
PalmerAI is designed for AI governance, privacy, security, and compliance boutiques that want to advise customers, support posture reviews and pilots, own customer-facing service scope, and use PalmerAI beneath that work.
In standard partner-led delivery, the customer uses PalmerAI and the partner adds its own advisory, implementation, and L1-L2 support services.
PalmerAI provides the runtime governance layer. The partner keeps the advisory relationship, supports rollout, and adds its own service scope around the engagement.
Partners own L1-L2. PalmerAI owns L3.
Additional partner operator scope only applies when a partner uses PalmerAI across multiple customer environments through a portfolio-style operating model, or requires dedicated enablement, white-label, or expanded operator capabilities.
How to buy

Partner advisory + PalmerAI core layer -> Pilot -> Managed Governance
